How to get Zoom to recognize your Center-Cam camera

Steps to Resolve:

1. Check to see if your camera is recognized by your computer.

   1. If it is not recognized or you aren't sure how to check, go here.

   2. If it is recognized, move on to the next step.

2. While you are in an active Zoom meeting, click the up arrow (expansion arrow) on the bottom left side of your Zoom screen, next to “Start Video.”

3. All active cameras will be displayed. Select the correct camera.

   1. Remember that the name may vary. Here are some possible display names:

      1. HD 1080P Webcam

      2. FHD Camera

      3. CCHD Camera

      4. .... etc.

4. Enjoy staring at your crisp image while others look on with envy :)
