How to get MS Teams to recognize your Center-Cam camera

 Windows, MacOS, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu

Steps to Resolve:

1. Check to see if your camera is recognized by your computer.

   1. If it is not recognized or you aren't sure how to check, go here.

   2. If it is recognized, move on to the next step.

2. Open up MS Teams and Select “Default Settings,” right next to your profile picture at the top.

3. Under Camera, Select the CenterCam camera, though the name may vary.

   1. Here are some possible display names:

   2. HD 1080P Webcam

   3. FHD Camera

   4. CCHD Camera

   5. .... etc.

4. Verify you selected the correct camera through the image displayed in the preview window.

5. Enjoy staring at your crisp image while others look on with envy :)
