How to track orders and confirm your order has been placed successfully


Congratulations on placing your order!! .... assuming you successfully placed it.

  • The first thing you should do is verify that your order was placed successfully. Do this by looking for an order confirmation email from
  • If you cannot find a confirmation email, try the following steps:
    • Confirm that you are looking through the same email address you gave us when you placed your order
    • Check your spam, junk, marketing, or promotions folders.
    • If you still cannot find the confirmation email, reach out to Customer Support so they can help you look for the order.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. In most cases, the orders will ship within 3 days. Some orders may take longer to ship based on country and other factors.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number and a link so you can track its progress.
    • Your tracking number may not reflect shipping updates to your package for up to 24-48 business hours. This is usually because of the delay between the carrier receiving the order and them scanning it into their system. This delay is usually prolonged when the carrier receives the package at the end of the business day.
  • Depending on your location, your order can take more than the standard 3-5 days to be delivered.
